Pineapple Upside Down Cake
- 1 20 can pineapple slices – reserve juice
- 1 c brown sugar
- 10 maraschino cherries
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
In a microwave safe bowl, melt 1 stick of butter. Stir in brown sugar. Mix well and pour over pineapples.
Prepare cake according to directions, except substitute juice for the water in the directions.
Bake according to directions on cake box. After baking and cooling, flip cake out onto a foil board.
