Eggs are a good source of protein, but most days it’s easier to grab a box of cereal or that container of yogurt. After all, who wants to deal with messy pans?
Here’s how to make scrambled eggs in the microwave (no pans required):
Coat a microwave safe bowl with oil or butter. Crack 1-2 eggs, add a teaspoon of milk, and use a fork to whisk the eggs a bit. Place the bowl (uncovered) in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove the bowl, whisk the eggs again, and stick the bowl back in the microwave for another 30 seconds. (Caution: bowl will be hot). Do this until the eggs are done.
Add salt or pepper. Enjoy! (Note: Add shredded cheese if your heart desires).
