Ingredients
- ½ c brown sugar
- 1 Granny Smith apple - shredded
- ½ t cinnamon + ¼ t cinnamon
- 1 ¼ c flour
- 2 T butter + ¼ c butter - melted
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 T sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c milk
Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop about ¼ c of batter per pancake. Sprinkle about ½ t of topping over top of each pancake before flipping. Brown both sides and serve hot with syrup or whipped cream.
